Ron remains available to them for further teaching and advice. At present only Ron and Karen counsel full time but the part-timers are all competent and part of the Wellspring support team. We are of various evangelical denominations, worshipping at and/or working out of Baptist, Presbyterian and other churches.  Though Ron is  Reformed and PCA, denomination rarely becomes an issue in counselling. Biblical thinking is what is important. The many large classes of students are enthusiastically, passionately using, teaching, and preaching these principles now (2007 -2012, + ...) in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Germany and some beyond.
