We strive to be faithful to the following principles
The BIBLICAL REVELATION of God, man, man's problems and their solution is the only adequate foundation on which to construct a counselling model that is totally Christian.
Biblical counselling should be self-consciously PASTORAL, with all the authority and resources God has put into that calling and office, and within the framework and under the authority of the local church or church-related organizations
Since all Christians are to counsel, the pastoral counselling ministry should emphasize training by mentorship so that believers are TRAINED to be more competent to counsel one another within the local church setting.
